Is SANOS Corporation a government agency?
No, SANOS Corporation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).
Community-based providers offering medical, pharmaceutical, behavioral health, and specialty healthcare services in Caguas.
How can you make a medical appointment?
Call 787-745-0340 ext. 110, 111, 112 for more information or to make an appointment.
How do you enroll in government health insurance?
You can find more information and a list of required documents for health insurance on the Community Outreach page.
How do you access the Patient Portal?
Our Community Outreach team can guide you or assist you in registering for the Patient Portal. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a username and password. Once you create your Patient Portal account, you will be able to access your visit summary and prescription medications, among other benefits. To access the Patient Portal, click the link at the top of the page. If you have trouble accessing the Patient Portal, please call or email portaldelpaciente@sanospr.org during business hours at (787) 745-0340 or visit the Patient Portal.
What happens if you need a specialist?
If your primary care physician refers you to a specialist, our care coordination staff will help you coordinate your appointments with specialists or other services. They will assist you with transportation arrangements for medical visits and ensure you have all necessary pre-approvals, pre-authorizations, and referrals.
What insurance do we accept?
SANOS Corporation accepts most medical plans, including private, Advantage, and all Vital government health plans. If you'd like to know if your insurance is accepted, please call 787-745-0340 ext. 110, 111, or 112.
Can anyone be treated at Corporación SANOS?
Yes, no one is denied medical care. If you are uninsured or underinsured, we offer discounts based on family composition and income, using the updated federal poverty guidelines. This discount applies to all CORPORACIÓN SANOS services and fees: medical, healthcare, and social services.
