¿Cómo accedes al Portal del Paciente?

Nuestro equipo de alcance comunitario te puede orientar o asistir para registrarte en el Portal del Paciente. Te enviarán un correo electrónico con instrucciones para crear un nombre de usuario y contraseña. Una vez creada tu cuenta en el portal de pacientes, podrás acceder a tu resumen de visita y medicamentos recetados, entre otros beneficios. Para acceder al Portal del Paciente, haz clic en el enlace ubicado en la parte superior de la página. Si tu médico primario te refiere a un especialista, nuestro personal de cuidado coordinado te ayudará a coordinar tus citas con especialistas u otros servicios. Te proporcionarán las gestiones para encontrar transporte a las visitas médicas y asegurarán que tengas todas las aprobaciones previas, pre-autorizaciones y referidos cuando sea necesario.

How do you enroll in government health insurance?

How do you access the Patient Portal?

Our Community Outreach team can guide you or assist you in registering for the Patient Portal. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a username and password. Once you create your Patient Portal account, you will be able to access your visit summary and prescription medications, among other benefits. To access the Patient Portal, click the link at the top of the page. If you have trouble accessing the Patient Portal, please call or email portaldelpaciente@sanospr.org during business hours at (787) 745-0340 or visit the Patient Portal.

What happens if you need a specialist?

If your primary care physician refers you to a specialist, our care coordination staff will help you coordinate your appointments with specialists or other services. They will assist you with transportation arrangements for medical visits and ensure you have all necessary pre-approvals, pre-authorizations, and referrals.

What insurance do we accept?

SANOS Corporation accepts most medical plans, including private, Advantage, and all Vital government health plans. If you'd like to know if your insurance is accepted, please call 787-745-0340 ext. 110, 111, or 112.

Can anyone be treated at Corporación SANOS?

Yes, no one is denied medical care. If you are uninsured or underinsured, we offer discounts based on family composition and income, using the updated federal poverty guidelines. This discount applies to all CORPORACIÓN SANOS services and fees: medical, healthcare, and social services.
